Oh, I didn’t see you there!

Hi! I’m Meg. I’m a meditation teacher, speaker, recipe developer, photographer and writer. I’ve always been a lover of food, and sharing plant-based recipes with others is one of my greatest joys.

Although food is a huge aspect of our health, I’ve learned that it goes way beyond that. I hope to encourage people to take control of their health via plant-based recipes and the exploration of daily practices like meditation, mindfulness and overall spirituality.

I teach meditation + speak about mindfulness and mindset at group wellness events, in corporate spaces and to individual people like yourself. I believe in the power of our mind and awareness to transform our lives.
